Mental Health Matters and Missionary Parishes

This Giving Tuesday, November 29th, please support two critical ministries here at the Diocese of Bridgeport.

The first is the St. Francis Xavier Fund for Missionary Parishes, which supports vibrant inner-city parishes facing socio economic challenges. For example, many of our parishes will have difficulties paying their heating bills this winter.

The second ministry is Foundations in Charity’s Mental Health Matters campaign, which supports mental health services provided by Catholic Charities of Fairfield County. The need for mental health services sadly continues to grow at significant rates.

It might be difficult to choose which effort to support, but you don’t have to! You have the option to split your donation so you can support both of these worthy causes.
