The Diocese of Bridgeport is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace for all employees. We take all reports of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and workplace misconduct seriously.
The Diocese is committed to maintaining a workplace free from unlawful discrimination and harassment in accordance with all applicable federal and Connecticut laws. Pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, employers are prohibited from discriminating against employees or applicants for employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity), or national origin with respect to hiring, compensation, promotion, termination, and all other terms and conditions of employment.
Use this form to report any incident or concern you have experienced or witnessed. All submissions are treated with the utmost confidentiality and reviewed promptly by our Human Resources team. Retaliation against any individual who submits a report in good faith is strictly prohibited.

What happens after you submit?
You will receive a confirmation email and a member of the HR team will review your report and follow up with you within five business days using your preferred contact method.
The information is shared with the General Council.
