BRIDGEPORT—Over the next two weeks, the Diocesan Leadership Institute is hosting two youth ministry focused webinars.
The first, on Monday, April 9th at 2-3 pm is entitled “The Start of Something Big—Preparing Youth for Confirmation,” and will feature Tom East, the Director of The Center for Ministry Development, Project Coordinator for Youth Ministry Services, and Coordinator of the Certificate Program in Youth Ministry Studies. The second webinar (to take place on Monday, April 16th at 2 pm) is also youth ministry focused, featuring Charlotte McCorquodale, the current chair of the National Association for Youth Ministry Leaders (NACYML). The Diocesan Leadership Institute will serve as the headquarters for formation for all those who serve in ministry in our parishes and schools. Through a combination of online learning, face to face workshops, and independent study, the Institute will offer creative opportunities for ministry personnel to learn more about the Catholic faith and discover new ways to shape the next generation of disciples in Fairfield County.
