Public Policy

Protecting and promoting the inviolable rights of persons is the most solemn responsibility of civil authority.  We are committed to governance by a system of law that protects human rights and maintains the common good and to educate and collaborate with others whether religious or secular for the common good of all.

  • Connecticut Catholic Conference — The Connecticut Catholic Conference is the public policy office of the Catholic Church in Connecticut. The Conference is the vehicle for speaking with a united voice and for acting with joint effort and resources in promoting the good of the Church and its members, as well as the common good of all the citizens of the State.
  • Family Institute of Connecticut — FIC supports marriage strengthening projects, research and educating the community about religious freedom, parental rights, the unborn and threats to the disabled.
