BROOKFIELD—Peter Brady, the “Boss Man” of Handy Dandy Handy Man Ministry in the greater Danbury area was excited to receive a donation from the first grad students at St. Joseph School in Brookfield in recognition of all the work the volunteers of HDHM Ministries do for the vulnerable and elderly over the year.
Meet Evelyn, Leo and Clare, who gave a short speech followed by the receipt of a check in the amount of $255. The funds are the result of the kids recycling their plastic bottles over the 12 month period with the view of giving all the proceeds to HDHM.
“Hats off to this great group of children who will some day be HDHM volunteers and may even replace the Boss Man upon his retirement!” says Brady. “Cheers to the kids of St. Joseph’s School.”
