TRUMBULL—St. Joseph High School has announced the appointment of Megan Merwin as the school’s director of enrollment management.

Merwin previously served as the director of admissions, marketing & development at St. James School in Stratford and brings more than 15 years of experience in admissions and enrollment management, CRM technology, and social media marketing strategies to her new job, the school said.

In her new role, Merwin will oversee all aspects of enrollment, including guiding prospective families through the admissions process and building new community partnerships. St. Joseph High School has already begun accepting applications for the Class of 2031. For further information, go to www.sjcadets.org/admissions

“Megan Merwin’s impressive background in admissions, marketing and communications and sincere passion for Catholic education make her a tremendous asset to St. Joseph High School, ” said David Klein, president of St. Joseph High School. “We are thrilled to welcome Megan to our school community and look forward to the energy and strategic vision that she will bring to our Enrollment Management Office and our SJHS Leadership Team.”

Merwin has a bachelor of arts in political science and religious studies from Sacred Heart University. Early in her career, she worked as a customer service executive with the Department of Defense. She has also served as a religious education teacher in grades 7-11. A parishioner in the Diocese of Bridgeport, she is committed to the transformative value of Catholic education, school officials said.
