How to Report a Concern: Harassment, Discrimination, or Sexual Misconduct
The Diocese of Bridgeport is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all employees, clergy, volunteers, and those we serve. Harassment, discrimination, and sexual misconduct are taken seriously and will not be tolerated.
If you experience, witness, or become aware of conduct that may violate Diocesan policy, you are encouraged—and in some cases obligated—to report it promptly. All reports involving any form of harassment will be handled with a high level of confidentiality at all times.
