NORWALK—This week marked the launch of Room to Grow Preschool’s Creative Adventures Camp. It is the first time that the Norwalk preschool has held a summer day camp program. During winter vacation, program director Nancy Owens piloted the camp to test the waters. Kids and parents alike felt the vacation camp was so beneficial that the decision was made to move forward this summer with a summer camp program. All Campers were provided with an official day camp t-shirt. Yesterday’s craft project (in photo) was Yarn Lanterns. Room to Grow is a program of Catholic Charities of Fairfield County.
