Sometimes you just need some help

My friends, many of you know firsthand how hard it can be to start a small business. Sometimes you just need some help. I recently learned about a program that Catholic Relief Services offers in the highlands of Guatemala, where income opportunities are sparse. CRS works with farmers, like husband and wife Raúl and Lilian, teaching them techniques to improve their crops and have enough to sell. CRS helped them build a greenhouse to expand their vegetable production and also helped them register their business so they could sell their products at better prices. As a result, Raúl and Lilian have doubled the number of crops they grow and have increased their profits by 25%, which means have more income to care for their two children. To that I say, thanks be to God!
