Every April, we commemorate Child Abuse Prevention Month to highlight the importance of protecting minors from abuse. This year, the USCCB is offering the following activities and resources to dioceses/parishes.
- Rosary for Healing and Protection | Friday April 6 2:00pm
- Holy Mass with Special Intentions for Victims/Survivors and the Protection of Minors | Thursday, April 12th 12:00pm
- Call to Prayer | Friday, April 13
The Secretariat has also created resources that dioceses and parishes can use to promote Child Abuse Prevention Month including sample social media posts, bulletin inserts, and Prayers for the Faithful. These resources can be found on the USCCB.org website.
