Most Reverend Mark J. Seitz, the Sixth Bishop of El Paso, Texas, and chairman of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops Committee on Migration, will deliver a lecture titled “Immigration: The American Story” on Monday, March 18, 2024. The lecture is scheduled to commence at 7 p.m. in Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business Event Hall. Free and open to the public, registration is required.
This lecture marks the beginning of a collaboration between America Media and Fairfield University’s College of Arts and Sciences. The partnership is an expression of the Ignatian charism shared by both, and will explore common goals and interests in light of the global influence and social role of the Catholic Church.
